If I use this DMG on my Asus X99 deluxe, can I follow the same guide as the X79 here?

  2. festr says:

In the DMG there is no SSDT for the X99-A – only S, Deluxe and Rampage – is it supposed to work for the X99-A?

  3. X99-deluxe says:

Beginners question 13. “Place the SSDT in the proper location for the boot loader you are using.” What is the proper location? ( what is the bootloader?)

  4. Does the Thunderbolt feature work under OSX with this dmg?

  5. Scott says:

i used AppleIntelE1000e.kext from your dmg and had random kernel panics at startup. I switched to version 3.1.0 (yours is and it seemed to address my problem. I have had plenty of issues with my build so i am not saying there is something corrupt with the kext in your dmg, but for me swapping it out fixed my KP issues.

  6. Tom says:

Do you hav the ASUS X99-E WS working? You list it but not in your DMG file.

I’ve read through the Read Me a couple of times now and I’m not sure I understand the process. but at what point do I put the OS installation files on the USB/Boot Drive? Should I follow the Clover guide you have on your site? What part of the process is this? Is there any way you can create updated guide with all of the necessary information for X99 machines? If you already have this info somewhere – please redirect me. Thanks for everything you’ve done so far.
