I tried to post my question earlier today, but don’t see it here. Sorry for double posting if that’s the case.
Anyways, I got 100% working Yosemite setup running with Chameleon. Only boot argument I need is GraphicsEnabler=Yes. Now, to get iMessage working and taking full advantage of my UEFI mobo I wanted to switch to Clover, but I can’t get that darn thing working. With verbose boot I get no errors, but at the time I should arrive to desktop it either throws black screen at me or reboots. So I went and tried nv_disable=1 to see if it’s GPU related and – voila, I managed to get to desktop without acceleration. I tried to match my system id to Chameleon’s (MacPro 3,1) to see if that helps but no. Still same boot loop or black screen.

Unsupported install method. Can not help you since you failed to follow my guide.
Even after replacing the VboxHfs file and replacing the other one Clover always restarts instantly after clicking the OSX option.
Sounds like you did not replace it properly.
